In the strive for excellence, they have again achieved a new height in the restaurant business. Karina Franco-Batty, Chef at Santiago's, won the salsa competion held at the Tucson convention center by Sysco Foods Cooperation.
She went up against 10 other Arizona chefs and won for her use of organic local vegetables and peppers for her roast salsa. She has consistently brought her talents to the table, being always creative and innovative in both Santiagos and The Bisbee Grille.
