As we entered Santiagos, Glynnis was processing a basket full of mangos for the night's fresh mango margaritas. The special was either: 1) a fresh shrimp salad complete with sliced avocados, or 2) a nicely seasoned steak with a bean medely.
Both were so very well done that we must give Karina another 4 stars for the detail she put into these specials, which you are guaranteed every Friday night here at Santiagos.
