Although nachos are not a tradtitional Mexican food, most people still equate Nachos with Mexican fare (much like pizza is considered Italian food.)
Santiagos serves fresh hot tortilla chips layered with melted Oaxacan cheese topped with diced tomato, green onion and your choice of shredded beef or chicken. Served with Mexican crema and our house-made guacamole and salsa.
