Arun (Irrfan Khan) is in love with Priti (Chitrangda Singh), whom he helped out of a sticky situation. Priti, on the other hand is in love with Shyam, son of a wealthy businessman, who is also engaged to the daughter of a corrupted minister. The other plot involves the young gangster Kuldeep (Arunoday Singh), who yearns to live a peaceful life with his wife, who is clearly unhappy with his job and the dangers that she has to face because of him. Then there's the once powerful gangster bade (Yashpal Sharma), now caged in Tihar jail who yearns to be free and powerful again. He seeks help from his step brother, Chhote, who lives a life of sleaze and perversion. Chhote secretly desires to get rid of bade once he knows the location of money that bade has earned through his shady deals. what follows in the movie is how the lives of these people intertwine and bring forth a tale of lust, deceit, greed and ultimately, survival of the fittest.
